The City of Edmonds is excited to announce the return of the Uptown Evening Markets for the summer of 2022, set to take place on six Tuesdays from July 12 to August 23. These vibrant markets will operate from 4 PM to 8 PM on 236th Street, nestled between 84th Avenue West and Highway 99, conveniently located behind Safeway. The market will showcase an array of vendors selling fresh produce, locally crafted goods, and a variety of food items, providing a platform for small businesses to thrive. Attendees can enjoy live musical performances, with local folk-rock band Lazuli Shoals and bluegrass ensemble 100 Huckleberry’s scheduled to entertain on July 12 and July 19, respectively. This community event, made possible through partnerships with Safeway and Edmonds Lutheran Church, aims to foster local engagement and support small businesses.
