Edmonds, WALocal News

The City of Edmonds is set to host neighborhood roundtable discussions on July 13th, 14th, and 18th, targeting the Highway 99, Westgate, and Perrinville neighborhoods. These discussions are part of the "Reimagining Neighborhoods and Streets" project, which seeks to enhance community engagement and improve public spaces. Residents are invited to participate in discussions relevant to their neighborhoods to ensure their perspectives are heard. Earlier discussions were held in Five Corners and Downtown, with the kickoff meeting on May 24th attracting approximately 70 community members. During these events, residents will have the chance to propose ideas for community activities, including street festivals and outdoor dining options.

Such initiatives aim to foster community cohesion and support local economic development. The City encourages all interested parties to attend, regardless of their neighborhood affiliation. For further information and updates, residents can visit the City of Edmonds' official website.
