The day begins with a free community event at the Edmonds Center for the Arts from noon to 2 p. m. , featuring captivating performances, including the Mak Fai Lion Dance and a breakdancing show by the Massive Monkees. A vibrant public market will follow at Civic Field, where attendees can enjoy food trucks, live music, and a beer garden.

The evening will feature a ticketed event at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, hosted by KING-5’s Mimi Jung, showcasing various performances and a lion dance mini parade. Additionally, artwork celebrating the Lunar New Year will be on display throughout February, created by local artists.
