Acting Finance Director Kim Dunscombe will assist in the presentation, providing valuable insights into the budgetary process. To encourage community participation, doors will open at 5:10 PM, and the address will also be livestreamed via Zoom for those unable to attend in person. Closed captioning will be available to ensure accessibility for all citizens.

After the address, a copy of the proposed budget will be published on the City’s website, allowing residents to review the plans discussed. This initiative underscores the city's commitment to transparency and public engagement in local governance.
