Acting Finance Director Kim Dunscombe will assist in the presentation, providing valuable insights into the budgetary process. To encourage community participation, doors will open at 5:10 PM, and the address will also be livestreamed via Zoom for those unable to attend in person. After the address, a copy of the proposed budget will be published on the City’s website, allowing residents to review the plans discussed.
