Dillin's role will focus on enhancing community partnerships and expanding services throughout Snohomish County, leveraging her extensive background in nonprofit and healthcare initiatives. She previously managed a statewide healthcare initiative at Medical Teams International, where she established regular dental clinics for underserved populations. Bhandari, who holds an MBA in human resources, will develop and implement HR policies that align with the organization's mission of empowering communities through care. Both leaders emphasize the importance of collaboration and community empowerment in their roles.

The organization, a nonprofit with over 50 years of service, assists more than 25,000 older adults and individuals with disabilities each year.
