Lynnwood Librarys March 2 seed swap makes gardening resources available to all

The Lynnwood Library's third annual Seed Swap will take place on March 2, from 1-4 p. m. , and is open to gardeners of all levels, from novices to experts. This no-cost, drop-in event promotes community engagement by allowing participants to exchange seeds and gardening knowledge. Marni Swart, the event's founder and a certified sustainable urban agriculturist, emphasizes the importance of making gardening accessible to everyone, regardless of their living situation.

Attendees are encouraged to bring gardening-related items to share, such as books, tools, and plants, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. To enhance the experience, several door prizes will be awarded, including gift cards and native plants.
