Washington Kids in Transition March 29 event supports local students in need

Scheduled for March 29, the "Out of Jeopardy" annual fundraising auction at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Lynnwood will benefit Washington Kids in Transition, an organization dedicated to assisting unhoused and low-income students. Guests will enjoy a variety of activities, including tray-passed appetizers, a silent auction filled with diverse items, and a dessert dash that is always a crowd favorite. The organization works closely with school social workers to ensure children have access to essential resources, such as motel vouchers, utility assistance, and emergency closets stocked with necessary supplies. Ticket prices are set at $110 per person, or attendees can reserve a table of 10 for $1,000, with doors opening at 5:30 p. m.
