The city aims to gather diverse feedback to ensure that future programs, events, and park developments reflect the community's needs and priorities. To foster inclusivity, the meeting will provide interpreters for attendees who speak Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder participation. For those unable to join the live meeting, an online survey is available in multiple languages, allowing for broader community engagement.

The PROS Plan is updated every six years and serves as a blueprint for enhancing parks and recreation programming. This proactive approach highlights the city’s commitment to equitable access and investment in recreational facilities and cultural arts programs.
