Lynnwood Arts Commission seeks artists for 2026 gallery exhibitions

The City of Lynnwood Arts Commission is calling for visual artists from across Washington state to apply for its 2026 gallery exhibitions, with applications due by October 26. Selected artists will be announced in December and will exhibit their work at Lynnwood City Hall and the Lynnwood Recreation Center. The City Hall Art Gallery invites submissions from artists of all ages, allowing up to 10 images, while the Recreation Center focuses on youth artists, permitting up to eight images and one photo of each artist for a two-month exhibition. Each exhibit lasts six weeks to two months, showcasing one or two artists at a time. All exhibitions are juried by the Lynnwood Arts Commission, ensuring a fair selection process.

Artists retain complete ownership of their work, and no sales commission is charged, allowing them to benefit fully from their talent. City Hall is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a. m. to 5 p. m.
