The event will feature costume judging at 1 p. m. , with categories for best human/dog combo, funniest, and scariest costumes. Local food trucks, including Who Let the Dawgs Out and Kool Kidz Ice Cream, will offer treats to attendees. A silent auction with prizes like Amazon gift cards and a dog quilt will conclude at 1:30 p.
