Hundreds run and walk for Edmonds Schools Foundation during Monster Mad Dash

Hundreds participated in the 17th Annual Monster Mad Dash 5K at Ballinger Park on Saturday, benefiting the Foundation for Edmonds School District. Many participants showcased their creativity by dressing in costumes, including a Mandalorian and Wonder Woman, adding excitement to the event. This year, 15 organizations sponsored the run, highlighting community involvement in supporting local education. The 5-kilometer event serves as both a fitness challenge and a fundraising opportunity, aimed at enhancing educational programs for students. The Foundation for Edmonds School District focuses on providing resources and support to improve student experiences.

Participants enjoyed a festive atmosphere while contributing to a cause that benefits local youth.
