Explore how your personal story contributes to national heritage during Sept. 10 meeting in Lynnwood

The Sno-Isle Genealogical Society (SIGS) will host a meeting on September 10, 2025, at the Wickers Building in Heritage Park, Lynnwood. The event invites the public to explore how personal family histories shape American heritage as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary in 2026. A social hour at 6:30 p. m. will allow attendees to enjoy refreshments and ask SIGS members questions about family research.

At 7:30 p. m. , Vice President Corey Smith will present the new theme and upcoming programs, including “First Footprints” and “Tapestry Talks. ” Smith will also guide newcomers on how to start a family tree. The meeting is free and open to all, reflecting SIGS’s commitment to community engagement.
