We finally got coffee! Ciao Caff celebrates grand opening at Lynnwood Transit Center

Ciao Caffé opened its doors at the Lynnwood Transit Center, providing a new hub for coffee lovers in the area. Lynnwood Mayor Christine Frizzell celebrated the event, emphasizing the role of small businesses in strengthening community ties. The café is owned by Nabil and Haifa Alhussieni, who also operate AlFa Coffee Inc. and Edmonds’ Café Louvre. Ciao Caffé serves coffee from Caffè Umbria, alongside a selection of teas, smoothies, and pastries from Macrina Bakery.

“Thank you for the Edmonds community for being so supportive of us for almost 15 years,” Haifa stated during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The café will also offer sandwiches and salads for breakfast and lunch, catering to both commuters and local residents. This grand opening reflects a growing trend of local businesses enhancing community engagement and providing diverse food options. As small businesses continue to thrive, they play a vital role in the local economy and culture.
