Volunteers needed for Sounds of Africa Festival Aug. 15-16

The Washington West African Center calls for volunteers for the third annual Sounds of Africa Festival on August 15-16 at Garfield Park in Everett. The event seeks to empower the West African community in Washington through cultural exchange.
