Sno-King Folk Dance Club welcomes locals with global rhythms in Lynnwood

The Sno-King International Folk Dance Club welcomes locals to experience folk dances from around the world every Wednesday evening at the Cedar Valley Grange in Lynnwood. The sessions run from 7 to 9 p. m. , with a beginner-friendly class starting at 6:30 p. m.

, except on the second Wednesday of the month when a set dance is taught instead. On Aug. 9, the club will hold its monthly Second Saturday party, allowing for open dancing without instruction. Admission is set at $8, and newcomers can enjoy their first visit for free. Participants are encouraged to bring snacks and dress in traditional folk attire to enhance the communal experience.
