The rescue occurred around 2:50 a. m. , with the Technical Rescue Team utilizing a low-angle rescue technique to retrieve the patient safely. Fire spokesperson Christie Veley confirmed that the man was subsequently transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he is being treated for potentially serious injuries.
