No injuries in Lake Ballinger neighborhood house fire early Friday

Edmonds, WALocal News

Firefighters were called to the scene in the 24000 block of 76th Avenue West just after 4 a. m. and escalated the response to a two-alarm fire due to the size and complexity of the property. Firefighters successfully contained the flames and smoke, preventing further spread. According to South County Fire spokesperson Christie Veley, it is uncertain whether anyone was living in the house at the time, as it was reported to be vacant.
