Gallaghers’ will celebrate its 30-year anniversary with a party on July 26 from 2 p. m. to 8 p. m. at their Edmonds location, featuring food and special beers on tap.

Caffe Ladro has launched a community-driven initiative called “Coffee for Good,” donating $3 from every bag sold to local nonprofits, starting with the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. Each 12 oz. bag retails for $21. 75 and is available at all Ladro locations. La Palmera Mexican restaurant will open in mid-August at the site of the former Kahlo’s Cantina, pending renovations.

Vertical Wine Collective is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in Edmonds after hosting successful pop-up events. The initiative aims to deepen community engagement and support for local causes.
