The Edmonds Block Party, taking place August 8-9, will feature an impressive lineup of food vendors, including Bad Chancla's Latin American flavors and Johnny Slaws Barbeque's slow-cooked meats. Organized by the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, the event is designed to support local businesses and enhance community spirit. Attendees can purchase VIP tickets, which are 50% sold out, offering limited seating and access to exclusive amenities. The festival will also have commercial sponsors engaging with the crowd through surprise giveaways and activities. This annual fundraiser plays a crucial role in financing year-round programming and services for the local community.

The Chamber encourages participation to help maintain a vibrant Edmonds community. Additionally, the event caters to families with treat vendors offering kettle corn and artisanal popsicles. With festivities from 3 PM to 10 PM on Friday and all ages welcome on Saturday, the Block Party promises a lively atmosphere.
