Leadership Snohomish County welcomes new executives opens applications for fall program

Leadership Snohomish County appointed Adrianne Wagner as acting CEO and Kathy Solberg as chief strategic officer, reflecting a commitment to strong community leadership. Both leaders have previously played vital roles in shaping LSC and are expected to enhance its impact. Wagner, a graduate of LSC’s Signature Program and a facilitator, has extensive experience in community engagement. Solberg, the former executive director, is renowned for fostering partnerships that empower leaders. LSC Board Co-Chair Rachel Downes highlighted the need for leadership development during uncertain times, emphasizing collaboration and community relationships.

LSC is accepting applications for its Fall 2025 Signature Class, aimed at developing leaders with a focus on equity. Graduates join a network of over 1,000 leaders in Snohomish County. The application deadline is August 1, 2025.
