Homage Senior Services sells Lynnwood building, will move to Everett

Homage Senior Services sold its Lynnwood headquarters for $11 million and will relocate to Everett, occupying 4,600 square feet of office space. This transition is a major downsizing from their previous 25,700 square-foot facility. Interim CEO Juli Rose stated that the organization will continue to support older adults and individuals with disabilities during the move, with minimal service interruption. The Lynnwood site was sold to Big Tree LLC, linked to the owner of Ascend Buffet, which plans to open a 25,236-square-foot restaurant in the space. The new restaurant will seat 700 patrons, with construction costs estimated at $2.
