Interim CEO Juli Rose stated that the organization will continue to support older adults and individuals with disabilities during the move, with minimal service interruption. The Lynnwood site was sold to Big Tree LLC, linked to the owner of Ascend Buffet, which plans to open a 25,236-square-foot restaurant in the space. The new restaurant will seat 700 patrons, with construction costs estimated at $2.

5 million. Rose highlighted that while Homage's funding remains steady, they are attentive to federal funding proposals. The relocation to Everett is expected to provide new opportunities for expanding programming in the coming years. This move follows the prior relocation of the Boy Scouts' regional offices from Everett to Marysville.
