Reminder Orphan Car Show July 12 in Edmonds

Edmonds, WALocal News

The Orphan Car Show, set for July 12 in Edmonds, will spotlight vehicles from brands that have ceased production, including Packard, Pontiac, and Mercury. Organizers emphasize the surprising number of car manufacturers that have disappeared over the last century, with hundreds no longer in existence. The event aims to bring attention to these often-overlooked brands and their intriguing histories. Registration for car entries costs $20, and spectators can attend for free, making it accessible to a wide audience. All proceeds will benefit Clothes for Kids, which provides essential school wardrobes for children in the Edmonds School District.

Donations will also be accepted on-site to further support this cause. The show not only celebrates vintage automobiles but also contributes to the community by helping local youth in need. Car enthusiasts and families are encouraged to participate in this unique event.
