July in Edmonds, Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace will feature a lively music scene, starting with Porchfest Edmonds on July 1, which will host about 75 volunteer performers from 1-6 p. m. This free event will allow attendees to enjoy diverse musical genres and cultures across the city. The Main Street Commons Summer Music Series will complement this with live music every weekend, including jazz on Fridays and various bands on Saturdays. Notable acts include the Cowboy Genius on July 19 and indie rock favorites Yost on July 26.

The Port of Edmonds will also present its annual Sea Notes music series, offering live music by the water every week. A Beach Bash at Edmonds Waterfront Center on July 11 will feature music and food trucks, adding to the summer festivities. With these events, local artists gain exposure and the community comes together to celebrate music. This vibrant lineup underscores the importance of supporting volunteer efforts and local talent.
