Originally from Peru, Vasquez transitioned from nursing to grocery management after moving to the U. S. , demonstrating resilience and dedication to helping others.

QFC President Brent Stewart commended her for embodying the values of compassion and community service. Under her management, her store has achieved significant milestones in local food donation programs, including leading one of QFC’s largest turkey donations. Vasquez actively encourages her team’s participation in Food Lifeline packing events and champions the Holiday Hunger Program.
