Des Moines Parks and Recreation has announced the release of its "2021 Report to the Community," which details the department's substantial accomplishments over the past year. More than 3,200 individuals benefited from swimming lessons, while volunteers contributed over 21,000 hours of service valued at $608,115. Director Benjamin R.
