Volunteers played a crucial role, contributing 34,615 hours valued at $1. 1 million, a 20% increase from the previous year, showcasing the community's dedication to enhancing local parks. Furthermore, the department's commitment to sustainability is evident in its cultivation and planting of 278,870 plants, reflecting a 5% increase in ecological stewardship.

Looking forward, the Spring/Summer 2024 Activities Guide will be available online starting March 1, inviting residents to register for Spring Break Staycation and summer camps. Seasonal job opportunities will also be offered, allowing individuals to gain experience while supporting their community.
