"Saucers & Sass" will unfold on June 20, 2025, at the AMC Southcenter 16 Theater, featuring a screening of the award-winning film "The Maury Island Incident. " This event, presented by Explore Seattle Southside, celebrates the area's unique history with an evening of sci-fi entertainment and trivia. Following the film, attendees can enjoy a performance by Sativa the Queen and participate in a trivia contest with prizes. Mark Everton, CEO of Explore Seattle Southside, emphasizes the event’s role in showcasing local creativity and eccentricity. Snacks and drinks will be available, alongside swag bags for attendees.
