Discover Neighborhood Cafe From Brunch Bites to Matcha Flights

Burien, WALocal News

Neighborhood Cafe in Tukwila delivers a unique brunch and coffee experience by merging Filipino-American flavors with modern brunch culture. Owner Max Heigh, who has a background in the food industry, focuses on creating a welcoming environment for patrons to relax and enjoy quality food and beverages. The cafe's innovative offerings include coffee and matcha flights, allowing customers to sample various flavors, a concept inspired by tequila flights. Recently, they introduced a Brunch Tower, which features a selection of Filipino-inspired dishes, further enhancing their menu. Additionally, Neighborhood Cafe plans to expand to a larger location at SeaTac Airport, building on the success of its original kiosk.

The cafe sources its coffee from local roaster Fulcrum Coffee, emphasizing local pride in its offerings. By hosting community events like Sweet Thang Sundays, the cafe fosters a sense of belonging and connection among patrons. This initiative reflects the diverse culinary landscape of the Pacific Northwest.
