Highline High School to unveil student-created Centennial Mural at community event on Wednesday, May 21
Highline High School will unveil a Centennial Mural on May 21, 2025, at 5 p. m. in the HHS Commons, commemorating its 100-year legacy. Created by student artists, the mural represents the contributions of generations of students, staff, and community members since its founding in 1925. The unveiling is part of the CTE/Arts Showcase, which runs from 3 to 7 p.
m. and includes workshops, an art show, and live performances. Organizers encourage all community members and alumni to attend the free event, highlighting the importance of community engagement in celebrating artistic achievements. The event schedule features a variety of activities, including a photo booth, drama performances, and music every half hour starting at 4:30 p. m.
