The Burien Collaborative and ecoTHRIVE Housing will host a community conversation on May 31, 2025, encouraging residents to share their visions for a sustainable Burien. Scheduled from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m.

at the Lake Burien Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, the event will facilitate discussions on community priorities. Organizers will create interactive areas to promote dialogue and collect input from attendees. Lunch will be provided, and the first 200 participants who register will receive a $25 gift card as an incentive for their involvement. “Our purpose for gathering is to hold an open space conversation about the future of Burien,” said the organizers. This initiative aims to strengthen community ties while addressing local sustainability issues.
