On the day he went missing, Scott was reportedly wearing a black coat, blue jeans, an orange backpack, a grey shirt, and off-white Nike shoes. Police have highlighted the importance of community involvement in this case, urging anyone who sees Scott to contact law enforcement immediately.

His potential locations include local homeless shelters and the Supper Club at the Burien Transit Center, which occurs on Wednesday nights. The urgency of the situation reflects broader concerns about the safety of vulnerable individuals in the community.
