The WABI Weekday Walkers invite community members to join a scenic walk in the North Hill neighborhood of Des Moines on August 21, 2019, at 9 am. Known for its stunning vistas, this area, dubbed "3Peak," offers views of the majestic Rainier, Olympic, and Cascade mountains. Participants are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure a timely departure. While the route features some steep streets, walkers can set their own pace, making the event accessible for all fitness levels. The meeting point is conveniently located at the parking lot by Resurrection Lutheran Church, with plenty of street parking available nearby.
