Auditions now open for summer shows at Hi-Liners Musical Theatre

Hi-Liners Musical Theatre is thrilled to announce open auditions for two exciting summer productions: "Matilda the Musical" and "Finding Nemo KIDS. " These auditions are geared towards aspiring performers aged 7 to 22, fostering talent within the South King County community. "Matilda the Musical," based on Roald Dahl's cherished novel, promises a full-length experience enhanced by Tim Minchin's unforgettable music and lyrics. Audition submissions for this production are due by 5 p. m.

on May 17, with performances scheduled for July 26-28 and August 2-4. Meanwhile, "Finding Nemo KIDS" invites younger participants aged 7 to 14 to dive into an underwater adventure, with auditions on May 16. This adaptation features new music from the acclaimed songwriting duo Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Both auditions will take place at Highline College, and all performances will be held at the Highline Performing Arts Center in Burien.
