Single mother and teen son safe after SeaTac home hit by multiple gunshots

On March 31, 2025, a single mother and her teenage son in SeaTac narrowly escaped injury when their home was struck by multiple gunshots in what may be a targeted incident. The shooting occurred around 7:35 p. m. , and fortunately, no one was at home, including their family dog. The mother discovered seven bullet holes in various parts of the house, including the bedroom window and kitchen wall, raising alarms about their safety.

A neighbor provided crucial evidence, having recorded footage of a masked young white male near the property just before the gunfire erupted. The homeowner expressed her disbelief, stating, "This is absolutely random," emphasizing their lack of known enemies. SeaTac Police are investigating the case under Case ID: C25009951 and are urging anyone with information to call them. The mother is also reaching out to the community for support with repair costs, highlighting the emotional toll of the incident. As the investigation unfolds, the community remains on edge, concerned about the implications of such violence in their neighborhood.
