Digital Marketing Workshop - City of Burien

The City of Burien is hosting a free digital marketing workshop in partnership with InnerActivate on March 29, 2023, aimed at empowering small businesses. Titled **_Marketing Your Business Online_**, the workshop will take place from 5:30 p. m. to 8:00 p. m.

at the Burien City Hall/Burien Public Library. Attendees will learn about the significant role social media marketing plays in business growth and how to implement effective strategies. The workshop will also guide participants in creating and managing their business profiles on the Shop Local Burien directory, enhancing local visibility. Chris Craig, Burien's Economic Development Manager, highlighted the community's need for resources to improve their digital presence, stating that many local businesses seek support in this area. By equipping business owners with relevant marketing tools, the city aims to foster growth and expansion within the local economy.

Registration for the workshop is encouraged to ensure participation, and additional details can be accessed via Facebook. This initiative reflects Burien's commitment to supporting its small business community in an increasingly digital marketplace.
