The City of Burien is inviting its residents to participate in the "Shape Your City" Open House on December 6, 2023, where they can provide valuable feedback on several major city planning efforts. This initiative encompasses vital documents, including the Comprehensive Plan for 2044 and the Transportation Master Plan. Over the past two years, community input has shaped the vision for Burien's future, leading to more detailed strategies and solutions. City Manager Adolfo Bailon emphasized the city's commitment to listening to community feedback, indicating that it will be incorporated into the plans presented this fall. The Open House will not only provide an opportunity for feedback but will also feature food and activities suitable for all ages.

Interpretation services will be available in multiple languages, ensuring inclusivity for all community members.
