Real Estate Business Expo Coming to Burien

The City of Burien and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) – Greater Seattle will host the Real Estate & Business Expo on April 13, 2024, at the Burien Community Center. This free event aims to support first-time homebuyers, existing homeowners, investors, and business owners through a series of educational workshops. Workshops will cover essential topics, including estate planning and government down-payment assistance programs, helping attendees navigate the complexities of real estate and finance. Lorraine Chachere, Burien's Economic Development Specialist, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating that homeownership and entrepreneurship are vital for building assets and achieving economic security. The expo will run from 10 a.

m. to 5 p. m. , providing a full day of resources and insights. Sponsored by BECU, the event is backed by several community partners.
