The following day, a devastating three-alarm fire erupted in a home within the Three Tree Point neighborhood, resulting in a robust response from 27 emergency units.

Neighbors played a crucial role in helping the two residents escape, who were subsequently transported to hospitals for evaluation due to potential injuries.
