An “obvious death” was reported in Burien on February 19, 2025, leading to an investigation by local authorities. King County Fire District No. 2 received the emergency call at approximately 3 p. m. , dispatching units to the intersection of SW 160th Street and 4th Ave SW, close to Lakeview Park.

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office released the victim's identity on February 21, revealing that the deceased was 58-year-old William Robert Webb.
