Grace Church to host 'Loss of a Spouse' Grief Recovery event on Saturday, Sept. 14 - The B-Town (Burien) Blog

Grace Church is set to host a one-day event titled "Loss of a Spouse" on September 14, 2024, from 10:30 a. m. to 12:30 p. m. , aimed at providing essential support for those grieving the loss of a loved one.

This event is part of the GriefShare recovery support group, which is well-known for helping individuals cope with grief through shared experiences and resources. Attendees will have access to a book and will participate in a video presentation, followed by group discussions designed to facilitate healing and understanding of the grieving process. The program is free to attend, ensuring that anyone in need of support can participate without financial burden. The event will take place in Room 128 of the church basement, creating a welcoming and safe space for participants.
