Rod Steitzer, the new Public Works Director, brings over 30 years of experience and aims to foster collaboration and innovation within his team to effectively address infrastructure challenges. Fernando Llamas Jr. , now the Administrative Services Director, emphasizes the importance of a welcoming workplace and data-driven decision-making to improve city operations.
