Cedarhurst Elementary PTA seeking sponsors and vendors for its Oct. 17 Fall Festival

Burien, WALocal News

Cedarhurst Elementary School's PTA is preparing for its annual Fall Festival on Oct. 17 from 5:30 to 7:30 p. m. , a key event for families in the community. The festival will feature carnival games, prizes, and a variety of activities, making it the school's largest family gathering of the year.

To ensure these activities remain free for Cedarhurst students and their families, the PTA seeks local businesses to sponsor games or host activities. The deadline for sponsorship applications is Oct. 3, while food vendors must pay a $100 fee to participate. Cedarhurst Elementary serves more than 400 students in grades K-5 in northeast Burien, underscoring the event's significance for local families. Organizers are open to unique donations or services from community members who wish to support the festival.

Interested parties can fill out the Fall Festival Interest Form or contact the PTA via email. This initiative highlights the PTA's commitment to fostering community engagement and support for local education.
