Westside Unitarian Universalist Congregation will re-stream Bill McKibben's recent talk on climate change this Sunday, Sept. 21, from 10:30 a. m. to noon. The event will showcase McKibben's Seattle Town Hall discussion about his new book, "Here Comes the Sun.

" As a co-founder of 350. org and Third Act, McKibben is recognized globally for his climate activism. His talk will focus on how solar and wind power can reshape economies and address climate change. After the presentation, the congregation will provide coffee, snacks, and opportunities for further community discussions. This initiative is part of the congregation's Sun Day programming, which aims to foster awareness about renewable energy.

Local residents can engage with McKibben's ideas and explore actionable steps for a sustainable future. McKibben's emphasis on equitable community building could resonate strongly with attendees.
