3 million bail requested for fugitive wanted in connection with White Center Metro Bus murder case

Prosecutors charged Miguel Rivera Dominguez, 17, with first-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm related to the October 3, 2023, shooting death of 21-year-old Marcel Da’jon Wagner on a Metro bus in White Center. Dominguez, who remains at large, faces a requested bail of $3 million. The shooting occurred as the bus traveled with approximately 15 passengers, and video evidence captured the incident. A nearby Ring camera also recorded Dominguez's acquaintance, known as "GW," in the area immediately after the incident.
