BATs Movie Musical Karaoke now all-ages event with expanded hours starting this Tuesday night

Burien, WALocal News

BAT Theatre’s Movie Musical Karaoke will now host an all-ages event starting September 9, requiring minors to be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older. The event at The Tin Room Theater will begin an hour earlier, from 6 to 9 p. m. , allowing for more singing time. Participants can engage in solos, duets, and group singalongs to their favorite movie musicals projected on a big screen with subtitles.

Admission is set at a $5 donation for attendees under 21 and $10 for everyone else, with all proceeds benefiting BAT Theatre. The next karaoke event is slated for October 14, and given the limited seating capacity of 38, early ticket purchases are strongly advised. The Tin Room Restaurant will be open for dinner and drinks before and after the event, enhancing the experience for attendees. This expansion reflects BAT Theatre's commitment to making live entertainment accessible and enjoyable for a wider audience. The initiative aims to foster community engagement through creative expression in a fun environment.
