“Paula’s Pop-Up” bakery event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 13, from 10 a. m. to 1 p. m.

at the now-closed Three Tree Point Store in Burien. The bakery will offer various small-batch baked goods, including olive oil brownies, ready-to-bake oat and date scone dough, and maple vanilla pecan granola, with prices ranging from $8 to $20. Organizers encourage pre-orders through Instagram to guarantee desired items, as only a limited selection will be available for walk-in customers. The Three Tree Point Store closed its doors at the end of August, leaving its future uncertain, with hopes of reopening either in Downtown Burien or at its original location. The pop-up represents a community effort to keep local flavors alive during the store's closure.
