Burien's beloved Music in the Park concert series resumes on July 31, 2025, with the Island Reminyse Band performing Island-Style covers from 6:30 to 8 p. m. at Lake Burien School Memorial Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and picnic dinners for a family-friendly atmosphere. This year's concert series runs every Thursday through August 21, featuring a diverse lineup of genres including swing, soul, and country favorites.

The community-oriented event aims to strengthen local ties while enjoying high-quality live music.
