BAT Theatres 2025 Summer in the Parks opens with The Guardsman this Friday night in SeaTac

Burien, WALocal News

BAT Theatre launches its summer tour of the romantic comedy The Guardsman with a free performance on July 25, 2025, at Riverton Heights Park in SeaTac. The play follows an actor who, suspecting his wife is losing interest, disguises himself to test her feelings. The tour features six performances across various parks, including a second show on August 3 at Town Square Park in Burien. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets and enjoy the show outdoors. Local restaurants are promoted, with the suggestion to bring takeout or dine nearby before or after the performances.

The first two shows are supported by local sponsors, and BAT Theatre invites the community to donate to ensure the remaining performances remain free.
