Fatal crash near Museum of Flight under investigation by Tukwila Police

A three-vehicle collision near the Museum of Flight on July 13, 2025, left one man dead and several others injured. The Tukwila Police Department responded to the crash at approximately 3:30 p. m. , discovering significant wreckage in the 9400 block of East Marginal Way South. An adult male was pronounced dead at the scene, while others received treatment for injuries, with their identities not yet released.

Investigators from the Tukwila Police Traffic Unit are working to determine the crash's cause. Emergency responders, including Puget Sound Fire units, were dispatched to the scene shortly after the incident. The road was closed for several hours to facilitate the investigation and cleanup.
