25-year old man killed in SeaTac shooting has been identified by King County Medical Examiner

Eucharise John Tavita, 25, known as Endurance Brown, was shot and killed in SeaTac on January 25, 2025. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the torso in the 3700 block of South 170th Street, where he was pronounced dead shortly after emergency responders arrived. The 33-year-old suspect was subdued by witnesses and transported to Harborview Medical Center with non-firearm injuries. He now faces charges of homicide and first-degree assault. Witnesses indicated that an argument escalated into violence, resulting in Tavita being shot and a woman being injured in the leg.

The King County Medical Examiner confirmed the homicide ruling and expressed condolences to Tavita's loved ones. This incident highlights ongoing concerns about gun violence in the region, prompting community discussions about safety measures. Local authorities are expected to enhance outreach efforts to address these issues moving forward.
